TelstraDev is launching the new Accounts experience today. This change brings with it simplified on-boarding into TelstraDev and redefines how you interact with the portal for your Accounts. An Account is nothing but a representation of your Company profile.

Improved experience to request for a new billing account.
Enhanced header to help switch between accounts you own.

Order API supports EA Pt-Agg, EA Head End & MLL Head End Services

Order API now enhanced for Ethernet Access (EA) point-to-aggregate services, with customers able to submit the order partially through Patch endpoints that enables provisioning directly into the intenal systems. This will reduce the manual overhead for clean ticket of work processing and the order provisioning turnaround from 5 days to approximately 30 minutes.
 
Order API now supports ordering of Managed Lease Line (MLL) Head End and Ethernet Access (EA) Head End services.

Quote API now includes MLL - New Aggregated Head and EA point to point services

Customers can quote an MLL aggregated head 1GE single access service via Quote SEP or can now initiate a Finalised Feasibility study where greater than 1GE is required to obtain the SLC, CW and FFS charges. Quoting of these services is done by onboarding the latest features product id’s: 108: Managed Leased Lines - Ethernet - New Aggregated Head, 110: A-End to their Quote API request.

Migration FAQs 

When can I use v2 until?  

Messaging API v2 will be decommissioned in August 2024. During the transition period, you'll still be able to use v2 to send messages while we work to migrate our customers over. At the end of this transition period, however, any app integration with v2 will break.
