Adding more days to Provisioned number.
  Currently as i have both a paid account and a dev test account, however i want to be able to add days to the provisioned number. but it seems every time i run the create subscription it changes the number. this happens for both accounts, without me changing the keys or secret in either App (as have a live version an development version. is there a way to just add more days to the number? or should i just automatically make it the MAX amount of time available?

We are currently investigating this issue - it seems to be a bug at the backend. I will keep you posted on the progress
